Firmentshirt - Custom T-Shirt Printing

This project for Firmentshirt was a complete custom print e-commerce website and online ordering system built for a business selling custom printed apparel and promotional products. The goal was to create a professional digital sales infrastructure that would allow customers to place orders online without visiting the physical store. The project was designed and developed by the Angraweb team; the site is live at firmentshirt.shop and supports English and German.

About the Client

Firmentshirt is a Germany-based business specializing in logo printing on different products such as T-shirts, mugs, caps, and aprons. The company already had offline sales, but wanted to expand into online sales, reach more customers, and support business growth through digital channels and Google Ads campaigns.

Project Need

The main requirement was to build a custom print e-commerce platform where users could select products, upload their logo, choose print options, see prices, and place orders online.

Before the project, the business did not have a complete online ordering flow, product customization system, digital payment process, or order tracking structure. They also needed a website capable of converting paid traffic from Google Ads into real sales.

Our Solution

We built a fully custom e-commerce website and online design platform for Firmentshirt. Users can enter a relevant design page based on product category, upload their logo, choose print options, set quantities, view pricing, and complete the order online.

The system was designed so that both product selection and customization happen in a single user flow. This means customers can order what they need without visiting the physical store.

Key Features

• 1. Custom Design Pages — We built dedicated design pages for each product category. Customers can choose products such as T-shirts, mugs, caps, and aprons, then upload their own logo directly.
• 2. Product and Print Options — A large number of products, catalog visuals, and color variations were added to the website. The ordering flow also includes print options such as single print and double print.
• 3. Online Payment Infrastructure — To support secure payments, we integrated Stripe and PayPal into the website.
• 4. Cart, Order Summary, and Checkout — We designed a complete cart, order details, and checkout flow so users can review their order, enter address information, select a payment method, and complete the purchase smoothly.
• 5. Success and Failed Payment Pages — Dedicated success and unsuccessful payment pages were created to improve the post-checkout user experience.
• 6. Order Tracking System — We developed a custom order tracking system that allows customers to see the current status of their order and review order details at each stage.
• 7. Email Notifications and Invoicing — The system sends automated emails and invoice-related notifications both to the customer and to the store owner. This made the sales process much more professional and organized.
• 8. WhatsApp Support Integration — A WhatsApp support button was added so customers can quickly contact the business whenever needed. This was especially useful for users who needed help during the custom design process.
• 9. AI-Powered Assistant — We also developed an AI assistant that can answer customer questions 24/7. This helps users get answers faster without searching through the site and improves the support experience.
• 10. Custom Admin Panel — A dedicated admin panel was created so the business owner can review orders, check details, and make updates when needed.
• 11. Seasonal Offers and Landing Pages — Later, based on new business needs, we created special summer and winter offer packages and dedicated landing pages. These pages were designed to support Google Ads campaigns and increase conversion potential.
• 12. Performance and Image Optimization — The website includes nearly one thousand images, catalog visuals, and color options. To maintain strong performance despite the large volume of data, we optimized visuals and used the WebP format to improve page speed.

Technologies Used

Main technologies used in the project: Python, Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Stripe, PayPal, Render hosting. We also handled domain setup, DNS configuration, deployment, and hosting-related technical work (by the Angraweb team).

Results

This project gave Firmentshirt a strong online ordering system that goes far beyond physical sales. Customers can now choose products, upload their logo, place orders online, and track the process digitally.

As a result: the ordering process became fully digital; customer experience improved; product customization became easier; payment and order management became more professional; the business gained landing page infrastructure for Google Ads traffic; the website became a scalable mobile-friendly e-commerce website that can continue to grow over time.

The project has also continued to evolve after launch at firmentshirt.shop. As new business needs appeared, new features were added and the user experience was continuously improved.
