QRMenu Pro is a modern QR menu system and online food ordering platform we built for restaurants and cafés in Germany. A German company reached out with a clear need: many venues wanted a simple digital menu without investing in a full traditional website.

The Problem and Market Need

Printed menus slow service, especially during peak hours. Guests wait for a single menu to circulate, which delays decisions and orders.

We did not stop at a basic QR menu—we expanded the product into a complete online ordering platform with payments and fulfillment options.

Our Solution

Guests scan the venue’s QR code and open the digital menu instantly—no waiting for a physical menu, which is especially helpful for large tables.

We then asked: if customers already browse the menu on their phones, why not let them order there too? The platform became a full ordering system: product selection, checkout, and cash or online payment.

With pickup and delivery, customers can order from home, choose self-pickup or home delivery, so the product covers both in-venue QR menu use and off-premise sales.
