Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us. You grant us a license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Upon full payment, you will receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
We include a reasonable number of revisions in our packages. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If you cancel, you will be charged for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
We provide a warranty period for our work as specified in your agreement. Support and maintenance services may be available separately.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
